SGA prides itself on developing robust solutions for complex e-commerce problems. I have been fortunate to work on a variety of projects, from small modifications to UI facelifts to full-scale builds from scratch. Our company has recently shifted to an AI-first approach and as a result, our workflows have significantly evolved. I have been able to take ownership of my work and contribute to the team in meaningful ways, while also learning from my colleagues and expanding my skill set.

A contract position at this humble little Shopify agency afforded me valuable experience in the world of e-commerce. I was able to work on a variety of projects, from small tweaks to existing sites to full-scale builds from scratch. With the trust of my supervisors and colleagues, I took major strides in my development skills and learned a lot about the inner workings of Shopify and the e-commerce industry as a whole.

With strict classroom management but a friendly and playful approach to learning, my students made exceptional scholastic progress while also developing a love for learning. Working in private international schools can be a challenging balancing act. Parents and school administrators ('shareholders') have their own expectations and demands. I have found that being flexible and open-minded is key to success in this field, as it allows me to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues alike.
